Product returns

Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

In the event of a return, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or tampered with.
Products must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt.

Products that have already been used cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only in the event of an error or material failure of the product will the case of change be considered, as long as the error is first confirmed by the manufacturer.

In the case of a refund, payment must be confirmed and the parcel returned. The above process takes about 14 working days.

The cost of returning a non-defective product and sending a new one amounts to €6 and €8 in case a cash on delivery is required. 

To return defective products you must contact via email at , or by phone at 210 9589788 to get relevant approval and instructions on how to ship the defective product so you don't incur additional costs.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without stating the reasons.
Fun Planet will refund the money paid by the consumer for the purchase of the product including the original shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which they were informed of the withdrawal.
